New Venture!

Well all, I have achieved one of the first steps towards my lifelong, culinary goals. I will begin as an assistant instructor/instructor at the Viking Cooking School on October 15!! I am so very excited. Though I am starting out as part-time, my general manager/chef knows my goal is to make this (my passion) a full-time job. I look forward to this becoming my reality. I am still working a 9am to 4pm court clerk's job Monday through Friday. And, baking cakes, catering and yes, flying to L.A. once a month doing exclusive dinner parties. But soon (very soon, I hope) I will be able to release my court clerk persona and move on with my culinary one! WOO HOO! (Happy Dance, Happy Dance) LOL, some of you might be wondering about the long-term goal I alluded to - well, I want to retire (if you can call it that) with a bed-and-breakfast with a small restaurant.
