I have a pork stew in the crock pot. Using left over pork roast from my potluck dinner. Went up to Fresh Farms market, a local market with a large selection of fruits and veggies catering to the Indian/Pakistani community. I added carrot, celery, onion, potatoes and butternut squash. Also put a sprig of rosemary in it and garlic and of coarse, salt and pepper. It has filled my large crock pot so I will have plenty to freeze.
