Ravioli

I ordered the pasta attachment for my Kitchen Aid and that arrived Thursday. It came with a pasta mix and a spinach pasta mix so I decided to make spinach ravioli today. Got some spinach and ricotta cheese, threw some garlic and fresh oregano in the food processor and pulsed a few times, cut out the dough after putting it through the pasta attachment a few times and now I have ravioli. I put it in single layer on a baking sheet and put all in the freezer to get it hard before I put it in a freezer bag. This will prevent it from sticking together. Cost about 3.50 to make and I can get 4 meals out of it. Took about 45 minutes to put it all together. I made pumpkin ravioli a couple weeks ago without the pasta attachment by rolling out the dough; this is much nicer and get the thickness I want. I am looking forward to using it more.
