My first post in my new blog

:drink Cheers! To my new blog! I truthfully have no clue what to write - yet. Don't worry - I'm rather wordy! I didn't post anything in my profile about who and what I am. I'm a work in progress, that's for sure! I've had an extensive employment history in the medical field. Turning early 40's, though, I've decided to do what I love to do and become a CHEF! Yes, ME, a CHEF! I'm enrolled in a Culinary Apprenticeship program right now. I began in February of this year, and I'll graduate in April of next. I'll give a bit of history as things go along. What's pertinent and relevant. No use in boring you all right from the start! Enough for now..... almost time for bed. Class tomorrow!
