Holiday Orders

I am getting holiday orders in and am starting to get busy. I make chocolates and truffles that I sell so those orders are starting to come in for the holiday. I also will do fudge in some of the boxes and I have one order for pistachio brittle. I am also thinking of doing jars of hot chocolate. I can put chocolate and spices in a jar that people can just add to hot milk and serve. That would give a box a nice addition. I always use the best chocolate, Valrhona, which makes a really rich chocolate. They are not cheap, 2 dollars per, but everybody says they are well worth it. I am finishing a batch of mocha chocolates today and then will do a tray of spice. I am planning on also making some cinnamon, vanilla, taragon, and maybe earl grey. I already have ginger, dark chocolate and lime already made.
