In the Kitchen

Ive been in the kitchen all morning today. I had to dip a tray of chocolates that I had made. I need to make a couple more trays for holiday orders. I get 2.00 dollars per chocolate with each chocolate about 1/2 oz. Not the most expensive in town but I'm up there. So far I have orders for chocolates, fudge and a torte. I am hoping to get a couple more orders in. I am also making some of Iowasues Super Easy Seedy, Oatmeal bread. Instead of just using bread flour I do half high gluten flour and half whole wheat. I also use 1 1/3 cup milk instead of water and dry milk. If I have something extra in the pantry, that goes in too; I have some oat bran so put a little of that in too.
