No Pudge brownies

My neice is visiting today so I had to make the kids pizza. And what's pizza without brownies? My favorite brownie mix is No Pudge. But here's tip, I like the cake-like variation which uses less yogurt and an egg white. The regular directions make them really gooey an I can never get them out of the pan! This recipe works. I've always wanted to spend some time experimenting with this mix to add oatmeal, maybe wheat or flax to make it a really healthy treat - more like an energy bar. One of the staples in my diet are the kids' Z Bars that are made by Cliff bar company. It's only 120 calories, loaded with vitamins, calcium, and Omega 3 fatty acids. The only problem is they have traces of peanut, and my daughter is allergic to peanut. Otherwise, I'd have her eating them too. Anyone know of a recipe for chocolate brownie energy bars?
