Tamales

I finally took the plunge and made tamales tonite. Hubby has been asking for some so I finally got all the ingredients together this week. We had a good time making them. Maybe next time I'll even be a bit faster. I'll figure out how to post a picture tomorrow. Right now, it's way past bedtime. The moral of this story is, don't wait til evening to start making tamales.
