The Croque Monsieur Disaster of 2008

argh! yet another cooking disaster! i atempted the croque monsieur bake from Nigella express, i thought it looked gross, but my boyfriends fave food is ham and cheese toasties so i gave it a go.... i cooked it for 1 hour (the recipe said 25 mins but my oven is crap!) as i served it up, bucket of raw egg mixture swam in the bottom of the dish! it looked gross! so we ordered a pizza!
