UnderGround Rhubarb Cheesecake

I promise this will be a full on Blog when I have a moment, for now, it's only pictures. OK, This part I have to comment on really quick... My cheesecake turned into a geography lesson... In Red, we have the point where the pacific Plate Hits the North American Continent, otherwise known as the Cascadia Subduction Zone; Circled in Blue, it Mount St. Helens, erupting again in a pyroclastic flow of Rhubarb magma.
