Dinner tonight: Tortelini Alfredo

Got some Bertolli Mushroom and Cheese tortellini,and made a tortelini alfredo with peas. Boil up your tortellini Meanwhile chop 2-3 cloves of garlic and sauté in 1/2 stick butter add 1 cup half and half and a package of frozen peas cook to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 2 minutes (the recipe calls for prosciutto, but i omit for obvious reasons) then add a cup of cheese and the tortellini and cook til the sauce thickens oh, and add pepper to taste. pretty tasty and easy to make.
