Why I cook

I am always cooking. I love planning meals, creating recipes, planning and throwing parties, cooking for events, catering weddings, and creating baked goods on the fly for friends and family. I have a knack, and this is my niche. Why? People need food. People need GOOD food. I can make that for them. I love seeing the sheer ecstasy on their faces when they taste something I have created that delights their senses. I love the warmth of family meals, people talking, laughing, shouting, dinnerware clinking, and the silence, broken only by groans of delight, that ensues as they savor a particularly delectable part of the feast I have prepared. It is why I will one day open a restaurant. It is what I love. It is why I will one day open a restaurant. I have the dream, the knowledge, the willpower, the drive, and the experience to do this. My beautiful wife is instrumental in the completion of this dream, as she has the organizational and business skills to help bring this to fruition and make it succeed.
