Another uninspired chunk of ground beef

I drag myself out of bed these days. It is still dark out as I leave for work. I miss the summer already. This morning I reached into the freezer and plopped a pound of frozen ground beef on the counter to thaw. How do I make this into a healthy dish? I have tomatoes and fresh basil to use up. I guess I will make a pasta dish of some sort. Oh woe is me!
