Thursday's

I love Thursday's.. why?? because I am off of work.. I work retail and it can be a pain, but I love it.. I have every Thursday and every other weekend off.. which doesn't give me much time to actually cook, especially when I switch opening and closing on weekends.. Fall is my favorite time of year, I love to bake and cook... especially soups and stews and roasting meats.. the smells that they bring is awesome... I also love to bake anything with lots of spices.. again because of the smells.. Today I made Parmesan Chicken for dinner with thin spaghetti, salad and garlic bread.. I used to make my own bread, but because I work so much now I don't get the chance.. I am looking forward to this weekend.. I have off.. but my girls and spending it with their dad and brother so I will be alone.. no cooking for me.. just some catching up on reading and movies.. maybe start planning Thanksgiving dinner and listing things that I can go ahead and buy beforehand.. I can't wait..
