Hamburger Buns

These are wonderful. I think this is the recipe I have been looking for. It is in the King Arthur Baking Book. I have posted the recipe here already, but because of my new bread machine by Emeril I had to adjust the ingredients because I wanted to make as much dough as possible. The bread and buns were wonderful. I will try to get pictures to post later.
