time is racing!

Counting down till Saturday, my sister's surprise 60th birthday party that I am throwing (and doing all the cooking for). Have made carrot cake batter till it's running out my ears! I can't even think about the quantity of cream cheese frosting I'm going to be making Saturday morning. I'm sure this is all going to pull together . . . but it hasn't yet!
