I was just camped out in front of my window , and my neighbor was out on the sidewalk . His dog's leash had become tangled in the wheels of his powerchair , and he's parapalegic , so he could do nothing about it . This happens allot to his little yippy , lap dog, and just as I went to go outside , a stranger walked by to unravel the leash and help out. The spirit of the season is coming on.
