Marshmallow Love

I just made Marshmallows! This is an experience that could border on erotic for a passionate baker, it's so easy,so fulfilling and just so.....AMAZING! If you can cook sugar syrup and bloom gelatin,you can make marshmallows. I used a Martha Stewart recipe because she generally has the hook up on reliable recipes, generally, I've been working on some spice wafers from her recipe box and I've been overall disappointed so far, they just wont wafe. I also tried to make her black pepper vanilla cookies and that didnt go so well, but silly me, I used cold eggs and that can genrally throw things off. But back to the marshmallows, the recipe is so easy that I plan on memorizing it. It's also not very expensive, this is important, cheap and impressive recipes get my heart to pounding. I think the experience may have been slightly more enjoyable because I was rocking out to Spice Girls at the same time I was whipping them up. Lol, my secret indulgence, I still have my original Spice Girls CD from when I was 10 years old, and every once in a while when I'm alone at home,I turn on the surround sound and belt it out with Ginger Spice and Posh Spice, I never really like sporty spice, but Baby Spice was my favorite. I was the Baby Spice kind of girl, theres a lot to be said about someones personality according to who they chose as their fav spice girl. When I have my own bakery I'm going to have the Spice Girls, Willy Wonka remixes and and Sinatra on loop. I know its a weird mix, but I like bands that have food in their name, songs that are about food and I love to hear Old Blue Eyes crooning. Well, as always, my thoughts are all over the place, but always about food, speaking of, all I've had to eat today is what was left in the marshamllow mixing bowl after it was scrped, hmm maybe an omelet for breakfast....I don't really like eggs, I don't even like breakfast food very much, I think it would be the greatest if I could get up at 8 in the morning and go grab a Steak Baja Chalupa from Taco Bell or Maybe a baked potato and a Frosty from Wendys. Can someone please tell me what the heck is up with Chocolate or Vanilla Froties? When I was coming up all we had were Chocolate Frosties and we got on just fine! There shouldnt be a choice, it's just a Frostie, when I say just I mean CHOCOLATE ONLY! Sorry had to get that out.
