biggest loser

Well I joined an Indiana Biggest loser at work on the first. I paid a whopping $5 to get in this and I have yet to start dieting. Everyday Im so scared about getting off my diet soda and getting those crazy caffine withdraw headaches. Ive went a few yrs...even one whole day and then I give into it because I get tired of my head hurting. Feeling like a big loser alreadyyyyyyyyyy. Hi my name is Mariah and Im a coke addict. Can anyone help me? I did eat well today. I fixed my husband and I talapia with a black bean salsa on it and then some broccoli. Both were very good.
