Need a nap already

Have not been sleeping well. Keep waking up every hour on the hour. Got up and ran in the dark this morning as I new it was going to be hot and humid after all the rain Sunday into Monday. It's supposed to be 85 today. So much for fall. :p Thursday should be real nice so I am going to plan on running that evening and maybe Friday eve as well. 134.5 today...which is OK needs to be lower...I have no patience for this. Stupid doctor's office no good at calling me back about MRI. Called yesterday, my insurance will pay 80%, but I don't know how much that is. Was supposed to call me back yesterday but never did. Useless. :rambo: I think I am going to get my car washed and gassed this evening after work, make dinner, watch Friday Night Lights then go to bed. I really am tired.:sleep:
