Tofu or not Tofu

I hate eating meat. The thought of eating something with a face is not pleasant. Yet it is hard to change old habits. My other half doesn't like tofu so I will have to leave him in his face eating world! The problem now is figuring out how to prepare and eat the stuff. I go to the store the other day and stare at the tofu choices, soft, firm, extra firm. I grab an extra firm and off I go. Now I take it out of the fridge and caress it and wonder what to do. Their is a thai peanut noodle dish I buy in town wuth tofu and that is good so I figure I could maybe do a replica of that. Luckily I have bakespace and I know the answers are somewher on this site, now I must go search them out and lead myself down a faceless path!
