Game Night

For the first year out of college, I was in someone else's kitchen. This year, in the new apartment, the kitchen has been my sanctuary. I love coming home exhausted and stirring up something delectable to wind down. Then on the weekends, I've been hosting parties for my friends and coworkers, modest gatherings with savory vegetarian food disguising the dork-factor of our gaming obsession! So my goal is to try to cook something new for every game night I host. So far over the past few months, I conquered saltenas, homemade pizza, fajitas, tacos, quesadillas, pesto, alfredo and few other dishes all as fresh and from scratch as I could muster. I'm no pro but serving for 10+ has been going really well as specially as many of these dishes were first tries for me! I am definitely open to suggestions if you have any and I'll be posting all my favorite recipes in my cook book!
