Car accidents and insurance companies...

I don't remember if I told anyone, but 5 weeks ago I was in a minor car accident on the corner near my office. No one was hurt but it has taken this long of wrangling withthe insurance company to get my car fixed. Turns out the other driver changed her story a few times and told both insurance comapnies different things. I finally got fed up and took several pictures of the street and intersection to disprove her statements. I received notification that the othe rdrivers insurance company is accepting liability and is sending me a check to get my bumper fixed. I guess I am writing this to let people know, that you should be persistent when you are right and force the issue. Pictures don't lie, and call the police (I didn't, would have saved a lot of arguing). Had I called the police the other driver would have been cited for an illegal turn and then this would have been settled much quicker. Mark one up for the little guy!!! YAY!
