Hot chocolate bliss....

I just got back from my weekly grocery trip, with a few extra goodies. :D My hot chocolate maker arrived from Amazon on Friday, and I needed something to put in it. I found Ibarra chocolate, which I've heard is better than the Abuelita's chocolate I've been drinking. I also found Ghiradelli Dark Chocolate cocoa, so that may be next. The best thing about the cocoa maker - no more blender needed! The chocolate tablets, like Ibarra, need the added mixing. This heats, mixes and froths all at once. Other finds - Hatch green chile enchilada sauce for the post-Thanksgiving gathering, cranberry relish for the turkey and soy peppermint mocha drink ( I didn't buy that one because I have a new carton of soy milk). The countdown has begun - 12 more days until I can really cook again. Ahhh...no more takeout every night!
