Cooking returns

Sunday: Polish sausage (turkey kielbasa, actually), asparagus, baked potatoes. Lazy boxed brownies, which continute to be quite good. Monday: Pasta with sausage, zucchini and tomato sauce. Broccoli with yellow pepper. Focaccia, which was very loosely based on this recipe. Fudged the rising times, as I was getting impatient. Planned: Pork chops with ginger-cherry sauce, honey mustard chicken, leftovers, one night out. Perhaps homemade pizza this weekend, now that I have un-expired yeast and have discovered the wonder that is parchment paper.
