Done my Baking for the Year

Made both gingerbread cookies and spritz cookies this weekend, and that took about all my weekend. I did go to the CO Xmas Party Friday night..(nothing special)...but I did sleep in to almost noon on Saturday. Got up went to the grocery store and then started baking. I made the Gingerbread on Saturday and then frosted on Sunday. Made the Spritz on Sunday. My hand is cramped from the pastry bag piping. I will post recipes probably tomorrow if I remember to bring with me to work. I wish I had a digital camera to get a picture of them, they look great. Digital camera expressly for the purpose of recipe pictures is on my wish list!! A little tired today, and have a little cabin fever...Ran 10 miles outside yesterday morning but then stayed inside all day long to finish the cookies. Was almost 80 degrees yesterday, had the AC on. Guess not really cabin fever, just no human contact all weekend other than my father while running. Glad I left home at 5:30 this morning to workout. I guess there were overturned cars all over the place..I would have been sitting on 183 forever if I had left at my normal time. Going to Uncle Julios with coworkers for lunch today. Celebrating my one year anniversary with the company (was last Friday).
