Finally, the weekend...

Oh how I wish these last couple of hours at work would pass me by. But then I guess I would be 2 hours closer to death! I used up the end of my cipollini onions last night and will probably never find them in this city again! Mixed reviews on last nights onion dish tho. I thought it was good but the sauce overpowered the onions taste, my other half just thought it was too sweet. So onto the next experiment. I think I'll go to the store and buy some meat and work my way around it. Maybe I'll even find some different produce somewhere. Boy I can't wait for spring and gardening! I need fresher veggies! Well back to work and watching the clock as it ticks towards freedom.
