Another Week...

Here comes another week, what to cook? It seems that I have been getting lazy of late. I think it is the winter blues. I am going to buy some vitamin D today, I hear that there is a link with breast cancer. All the different vitamins and minerals it is hard to figure out which ones to take. I find garlic is my cure all. I take garlic daily and it brought my blood pressure down. Well that combined with exercise. Then today I read Frank's blog about raw garlic and wonder what they will find out next.
