And the result...

I first made brie wrapped in puff pastry and popped it in the oven (I couldn't resist the brie when I was passing it at the store). I then got the proscuitto and sage wrapped pork tenderloin ready and used the leftover proscuitto to wrap around melon, so we had a couple of appetizers. Joe and I finished off most of the apps before our guest got here (he was running late), but dinner was ready by then, so it was ok! I had been working on the sweet pea and mint tapenade, parmesan pita crisps, and fruit and nut couscous while the pork was cooking.
We enjoyed the dinner with a bottle of Woodbridge Merlot (from Robert Mondavi) and had a really great time catching up. After the dinner plates were cleared away I whipped up some molten chocolate cakes and a raspberry topping.
All in all it was fabulous! The night ended with a very exciting episode of Lost!
