Artichoke Salad

Yesterday I tried the artichoke salad James posted, because I had fresh green beans from the Farmers Market and wanted something to do with them. That's part of what I love about having recipes available in an electronic format - you can search them! I just put in "green beans" and three recipes came up. The artichoke salad looked just right. It was good, too. Simple to make, and because you save the marinade the artichoke hearts were in and pour it on the salad like a dressing, it looked like I had made some special dressing. Mom asked me what was in the dressing and I told her how hard I had slaved to make that secret recipe. ;) Thanks James!
