It\'s already March!?

Well, work is still slow (anybody need a website?), but it's good because Babymonkey is sick again. Due to a late trip to the grocery store for more Pedialyte, we decided it was pizza night - canadian bacon, broccoli and tomatoes on mine. I did try Sarah's oatmeal chocolate brownies, and they are addictive! My husband asked if I could make them thinner, so I may try that next time. Other cooking adventures - impossible pies. I tried making a chocolate one, and it separated, giving it a nice truffle-like topping. I also made a chicken and vegetable quiche-like pie, which was really good. My husband has requested it be added to the regular rotation. Non-cooking adventures - I started crocheting an afghan for Babymonkey. So far, it's going well. If i had a few solid hours, I could probably have it done this week.
