Sickly Today

I feel a sinus infection coming on....and I only got about 4-5 hours of sleep this morning. Came in the office early to work out as I have a breakfast meeting, lunch meeting, and Happy Hour after work meeting today (no kidding). My sobriety lasted a week. I finally gave in while in Houston last week...trip was a disaster and was stressed as Mom was in hospital recovering from an emergency appendectomy. I did cook this weekend, made something like egg rolls, shrimp and black bean soup. Also roasted a 3 lb pork loin on Saturday...the pork will show in alot of my recipes in the next few weeks as most of it is still in the freezer. Made pasta and sauce last night after getting home post workout and running errands close to 7pm.....was still working on cleaning up the kitchen at 9....exhausted.
