My Father Would Disown Me If He Knew What I Just Ate!

I got a little too involved setting up my BakeSpace profile and lost track of time. It's almost 8 and ironically instead of figuring out what I'm going to make for dinner, I've been surfing recipes on this site. So, I just opened up the cupboard and low and behold, a box of mac and cheese. I have no recollection of buying this product, and the last time I even ate it must have been in my rebelious college days (when I was attempting to break free of my Italian guilt--no dice.) But the husband's away, so why not. I ate it. I liked it. I'm going to have another bowl. --But just for the record, I did add a can of tuna, a handful of frozen peas, and a healthy grind of black pepper.
