It's been a while but...

finally i'm back on the bakespace boat! since i last blogged on here, i've begun the Culinary Management program at George Brown and i must say I LOVE IT!!! I've never been so happy at school in my life. i've made tons of chefy friends, learned soooo much about cooking, and my skills have totally improved. these weeks coming up at my final exams and demos. I have a final exam in culinary skills on chicken stock and chicken bouillon w/ vermicelli. I'm handing in my workplan today and i also have to do a presentation on the kinds of vermicelli around the world. I'm excited and nervous. I'm also in the process of looking for a cooking job. I just had an interview at Milestones John/Richmond. It was super well and now I'm preping for my working interview. should be a fab experience. well thats all for now...hope all is well with my fellow bakespace bloggers! love T
