I found the solution to my potato problem. I searched bakespace and found the recipe for Honey roasted red potatoes. It was easy to make and tasted great. Thanks to carol_42 my dinner was saved. Now I need to sort all my recipes and rate the ones I've tried so I know which ones to do again. This will be on that list! Now to find something for tonight...
