Yesterday we went out onto the Mississippi river with our boat for the first time! Awesome! I only wish I had packed some sandwiches and other snacks. We had ham and turkey panini's before we left with a nice side salad. I love the Cuisinart Griddler that I gave my husband for Christmas. I use it much more than he does. When we got back from the river we warmed up some left over "experiment" goulash from Thursday. It was a little dry, needed some more sauce. Next time I'll have to try more tomatoes. I like to make up my own recipes although most of the time they are eatable but not worth passing on. I try anyway! It's another beautiful day out, sunny and 73 at the moment. Wish I could go fishing again but there is work to be done around here! I'm going to bake a cake for my husband to take to work tomorrow for goodies. Have a great day!
