Merry happy Monday

Finally a good weekend and I approach the week with renewed vitality. I actually had the whole weekend off and everything went according to plan! Not too often that happens anymore. We had the local fair and parade and it rained. No fear we watched the parade from the warm comfort of our car. I failed at everything I cooked this weekend though, undaunted I am going to attempt a cheesecake and fresh local strawberries tonight. I find most recipes call for two packs of cream cheese and I think that is overkill on the cream cheese so I am off to find a good recipe.
