Triple Digit Thirst

Tucson Arizona really only has two seasons: Hot and Not So Much. You'll know Not So Much has arrived when you walk outside and you no longer burst into flames. You'll know Hot has arrived when you have your first sighting of someone driving wearing oven mitts. Hot lasts three times longer than Not So Much, and the folks who live here year-round find inventive ways to keep cool.
That's why Metromint is such an ingenious product. Bottled water is ubiquitous, but it's rarely something to get excited about. It usually does what you expect it to do---hydrate and cool off your parched self. But a swig of Metromint is a hint of something special.
Unlike most "flavored waters" Metromint is unsweetened. Just reverse osmosis water and real mint for a clean, fresh taste that cools even at room temperature. Metro started with just peppermint, and they've expanded their line to include spearmint, orangemint, and lemonmint. I recently tried the citrus flavors, and I love them. It's more like mint water infused with the idea of orange or lemon.
I like to swig my Metromint as is, but it also makes killer ice cubes lazily melting in a tall glass of iced tea.
