According to Slashfood, today is National Peach Ice Cream Day. I've never been a big fan of peach-flavored anything (except actual peaches), but I am terribly fond of Willie Nelson's Country Peach Cobbler from Ben & Jerry's. The peaches and cinnamon play off each other well, and a portion of the proceeds go to Farm Aid. Since July is National Ice Cream Month, what are your favorite flavors? Are you a triple chocolate chunk child or a plain vanilla kind of person? Soft serve or hand dipped? Mix-ins or unadorned? What are your strongest ice cream memories?
