It's been quite a while since I posted anything at all...

So I thought I'd ask this question. Has anyone, besides my wife and I, ever tried warm cheesecake? I baked some cery small, berry cheesecakes a while back and we became impatient withthe cooling process, so I cut one after only about an hour of cooling. It was still very warm but talk about a tasty delight! On my gosh! I never thought it would be so good! The consitency of a very light pudding, the flavor of a cheesecake all rolled up in a comforting warm dessert. YUM!
