Whats in my oven?

Rainy day, softball has been canceled and there wont be anybody at the beach playing volleyball so I decided to bake. Making chocolate cupcakes with chocolate ganache frosting. Frosting is just boiling heavy cream poured over chopped up chocolate (1-1). Will let that set and start to harden up then am planning on whipping it in the mixer. Need to think about lunch, the BF is Polish and keeps bringing me Polish food so have a bunch of good Polish bread, Polish Sausage, hams and cheese. Maybe a ham and cheese on Polish Rye with tomato from his friends garden. I love gardens in the middle of the city. Check out endlessfeast.tv website.
