I'm Still Here

Been so busy at work that I have not had that much time to post recipes or write in my blog. I am training 2 different people, so they are always looking over my shoulder wanting something to do. By lunch time my head hurts...the last thing I want to do at home or on the weekend is get on the computer. However, I am still cooking and baking on the evenings and weekends. I post the Light and Tasty recipes that I have made as it is easy to cut and paste those. There are more recipes from cookbooks, the newspaper, etc that I have not posted as I haven't had the time to sit and write them up like I normally would. I also have lots of pictures too, to match up to those recipes. The recipes are stacking up next to my computer at home.
