Chili night cause it is chilly...

I was in the forum here yesterday and was reading about Chili and it got me thinking how good chili would be. I took some ground beef out to thaw this morning and will make a pot tonight. The thing I like best is it is such a versatile dish. I like kidney beans but the other half doesn't so I will compromise on that but I am going to insist on Garlic bread, I like garlic bread and he is a bun type guy. I am not anti-bun by any means but there is something to be said for the all mighty garlic bread. I figure that our relationship works based of the food principle. I like chocolate ice cream and he likes strawberry. This enables us to buy Neapolitan ice cream and not fight. Same goes for fruit, I like bananas and he likes Stawberries. Isn't life grand?
