Tilapia baked with spicy mustard and herbs; cauliflower, pasta and cheese gratin (it's a Cooking Light recipe, so the link won't work if you're not logged in there); sauteed zucchini with lavender pepper; and crescent rolls. A fabulous dinner, if I do say so myself -- good variety of comfort food plus interesting flavors. The mustard fish turned out really well. I don't use a recipe for tilapia, just combine different techniques and flavors, which makes it more fun. Yum. Wednesday will be leftovers -- late nights for both of us. Meh. But there should be Jeni's ice cream for dessert!
