On TSRnetwork our guests have made us laugh, cry and touch hearts with their honest stories. We have learned that education must come first and for most on this journey of BDSM. We have had hard times and good times but we stayed on coarse of bring live free BDSM broadcasting to those that wish to be a part of something bigger then oneself.

We have learned what community felt like and found joy in the simple things like asking a question in the chat room while watching an interesting guest share their story. We have reached across the country and have learned how BDSM is in Oregon, Hawaii and other wonderful places, where we all have one thing in common and that is BDSM and kink.

This cookbook is about sharing and reaching out and bring a positive light to the world of BDSM as we are the Real 50 Shades of Grey and we are changing the world one Vanilla at a time.

Walk in peace, love, joy and the light from the communinty of BDSM.

Got this from a friend and share it when I can. My hubby and I love it. Submitted by: "Sarah Flemming"

Cookbook Recipe
Amazing Coconut Custard Pie
I needed something quick and different for a potluck and found this recipe on line. I've modified it a little from the original to suit my own tastes. Submitted by: "DrgonLady"

Cookbook Recipe
Swedish Meatballs
I don't remember where I first learned how to make Swedish Meatballs but find them to be a terrific potluck contribution particularly when I expect the other contributions to be high carb, high roughage, or high sugar items that I generally eschew. I know that at least my Dominant and I will be able to eat my own potluck submission without guilt and not feel hungry or deprived. But I've never had to take home any leftovers. Although there's considerable preparation to be performed beforehand (at least one day before the event); the actual steps required to complete the dish on the day of the event can be performed quickly, while wearing one's fancy dress or fetish outfit and not getting all into a sweat. The dish is portable enough to carry in the saddlebags of a motorcycle. This recipe meets the health, moral, and nutritional guidelines of my decidedly minority (but growing!) dietary philosophy of which I represent in my own cookbook, *Nourishing the Predator: Recipes to Preserve and Enhance Virility in the Dominant American Male*. Although I have given out this recipe to individuals who have requested it, it has never before been formally published. The recipe can be doubled or tripled without much in the way of additional effort. Submitted by: "Caprizchka"

Cookbook Recipe
Gooey White sauce Chicken Enchilada's
A friend made this at a get together, and over the years we have altered the recipe slightly. It's a great dish to make for a gathering of friends and easy to do! Submitted by: "Rayna"

Cookbook Recipe
Pumpkin Crisp
My best friend in the world makes this every holiday season. It's a great way to have the smell and taste of pumpkin pie but with a nice change instead of the same ol each year! It's delicious and everyone loves it! Submitted by: "Rayna"

Cookbook Recipe
ShamanDaddyJeff's Famous No-Bake Cookies
I first tasted them back in 1998... It was an old family secret recipe. I was already hooked on Master, but if I hadn't been already, he would have had me hooked on him had me forever after tasting these melt in your mouth morsels! Submitted by: "Domina DeManda"

Cookbook Recipe
Sexy Sizziling Pineapple and Strawberry Salsa
I love Salsa of all sorts and really love Pineapple Salsa. When you mix the Pineapple and Strawberry in one dish the taste explodes in your mouth. It's a one of kind sensual taste and smell of strawberries is very erotic when shared with that special person. Submitted by: "Rev Mel (revmel)"

Cookbook Recipe
Moms BBQ Meatballs
This one one of the first things I learned to make, and made it often for my family when I was a teenager. When I got married and raised a family of my own, I used to make it all the time. It has been adopted and/or adapted over the years by almost all of my family and friends. For an easier way...just do YOUR meatball recipe and pour almost any pre-made BBQ Sauce over them and bake for about an hour.... Submitted by: "Joy Smith"

Cookbook Recipe
Turkey Chili with White Beans
This is a recipe i adapted after trying a lamb & white bean chili at a chili cook-off. That chili was unforgettable (although it only won third place) and i tried to recreate it. I use turkey rather than lamb because i avoid red meat. This chili keeps in the fridge for a week and can also be frozen. It gets better the next day when the flavors have steeped. Submitted by: "Sublime Cuisine"

Cookbook Recipe
Sublime Raw Kale Salad
My version of Sarah's recipe is a people pleaser. It keeps well for a few days. The secret, of course, is massaging the kale. This breaks down the cellulose structure of the leaf, making it more tender and less bitter. Any kind of kale can be used but i prefer dinosaur kale for it's intense deep green color and milder flavor. Use organic produce if at all possible! Submitted by: "Sublime Cuisine"

Cookbook Recipe
Lew Rubens Submission Hot Chili Dip
This appetizer recipe was handed down through my Mom. At the time it was just called Hot Chili Dip. I've made some changes since then. Submitted by: "Lew Rubens"

Cookbook Recipe
Chocolate Cheesecake With A Peanut Butter Cookie crust and a Raspberry Topping
I made up this recipe on my own, because i love chocolate, raspberries and peanut butter. I have cooked all my life and made plenty of Cheesecakes and i wanted a unique one that i could call my own. Submitted by: "Master Magnum"

Cookbook Recipe
Holiday Turkey Brine
I have cooked a Turkey for Thanksgiving, Christmas and even Easter. I have always baked a Turkey so i wanted to cum up with a recipe that would make a turkey moist without having to baste it every hour. The picture attached is a Turkey in the container ready to go into the fridge. Submitted by: "Master Magnum"

Cookbook Recipe
Lord Foul's simple seafood medley
I love food, I always have. I especially love well prepared seafood dishes. My mother was a truck driver and my dad was not around so my mom started me out with simple stuff like grilled cheese eggs and other such meals, from there I expanded trying new spices and ingredients. I decided one day to jump into seafood and after several failed attempts stumbled upon a simple blend of excellent flavors and a filling meal. I have made this for several friends and it has been a staple of my recipes for many years now. Submitted by: "Lord Foul"

Cookbook Recipe
Cranberry Pineapple Relish
I created this cranberry relish, because i wanted something more than just regular cranberries. Submitted by: "Master Magnum"

Cookbook Recipe
roman pasta with cheese and pepper (cacio e pepe)
i picked up this recipe from a nonna in italy when i was there taking language classes. it couldn't be easier or faster. make sure you use really good pecorino cheese. with so few ingredients, every one counts double. Submitted by: "Miss Allix"

Cookbook Recipe
River's Cheat Time Desserts- Mousse.
Years ago I was asked to produce enough Mousse to serve a large private dinner party. I was thrilled but knew I had my work cut out for me. After that experience I decided to start experimenting with other ways of making this wonderful dessert without all the work. What came about is a wonderful dessert that is easy and takes little time. I've found this makes a great pie or piped into chocolate dessert thimbles Enjoy. Submitted by: "Amy A."

This is a slow cooker recipe that i made up for cold fall and winter days. Submitted by: "Master Magnum"
