Cookbook Recipe
Sabut Moong dal
Moong beans are cooked and boiled in a water of spices amongst other ingredients to create the perfect comfort food for any day. Most of the cooking time goes into actually boiling the beans so it is a rather easy dish to make when u have little time. Enjoy!

Cookbook Recipe
Murghi ka salan/chicken curry
I love cooking this chicken curry when I have little time or just feel lazy but want a nice home cooked meal. The most time consuming part of making an Indian curry is cutting and frying onions, so the best thing about this recipe is I can skip that step but still manage to whip up a traditional Indian dish!

Cookbook Recipe
Indian Omelette
This is one of my Favourite go-to recipes when I am dieting as it is scrumptious and filling but also low calorie and full of protein.

Cookbook Recipe
Tandoori lamb chops
This is one of my favourite recipes to make as an appetiser or side dish. It is easy to prepare the night before and then simply bake in the oven the next day as you focus on your other main dishes. It also took a lot of trial and experiment to come up with the perfect combination of ingredients so this recipe means a lot to me, to finally perfect and share it. I hope you all enjoy!

Cookbook Recipe
Garam Masala Powder
Garam masala is usually made by roasting whole spices and then grinding in a blender to create the perfect aromatic blend of masala. However, sometimes this can be time consuming and you may not get the perfect blend of spices if you add too much of one thing than the other. This recipe is made of up of ingredients that most of us would already have in our households and even if we don't it is easier to blend individual whole spices than loads of different ones altogether. That is why I love this easy and simple garam masala recipe, especially if you are a beginner in handling Indian spices and cooking.

Cookbook Recipe
Potato stuffed Capsicum
I always make these spiced potato capsicum as a side to a roast dinner. They go extremely well with my tandoori lamb chops recipe and they are a favourite amongst everyone. What I love about these is that they are so versatile. You can make them as a side or as a starter and you can adjust according to your taste. You can even add cheese on top or you can add peas into the potato mix etc. There are a variety of ways to adapt these according to each household so have fun experimenting and enjoy!

Since 2012, we've published thousands of cookbooks authored by home chefs, nonprofit organizations, clubs, brands, etc. Our goal is to democratize cookbook publishing and make it easy to build an online library of amazing grassroots cookbooks.

How do I "download" a cookbook?

You don't need to "download" cookbooks or deal with any files. All of the cookbooks you select (free and paid) using Cookbook Café become available to you automatically on any device (computer, tablet or smartphone) whenever you’re logged-in to your free BakeSpace account.

When you see a cookbook you like, simply click the green "Get it Now" button. Once in your library, you can access the cookbook anytime, anywhere via BakeSpace.com, as well as our Cookbook Café iPad app.

While you're checking out cookbooks, also take some time to visit other parts of the delicious BakeSpace.com community where you can swap recipes and connect with others who share your passion for food and the culinary lifestyle.

Get ready to enjoy a uniquely smart and social cookbook experience!

Once a cookbook is added to your BakeSpace library, our proprietary recipe indexing technology makes it easy for you to find any specific recipe across all of your cookbooks… so there's no need to remember which cookbook contains that perfect recipe. In addition, you can connect directly with each cookbook author, leave comments/reviews and even ask questions about recipe substitutions, history, etc.
