As a Personal Trainer with an interest in healthy, wholesome and interesting food I was asked to cater for a weekend country Yoga & Pilates Retreat (New Dawn Retreats). It was a tremendous success and after receiving many compliments and requests for the recipes I have written this cookbook.

I hope you enjoy my healthy take as much as the New Dawn Retreat ladies did.
