In juice form, they can easily absorbed by the body. Juicing might seem intimidating in the beginning, but there are no rules, so have fun. Feel like a smoothie rather than a juice? Combine 1 cup juice from any recipe; add the following and purée until smooth.
• 1 cup ice cubes
• 1/2 cup low-fat plain yogurt
• 1 medium peeled banana in a blender
