My cookbook is based off of recipes that teens would enjoy but in a healthier way. Some are ones that I wrote and have made, some are in the family, and from blogs online. What my goal is, is to incorporate healthier ingredients into recipes so that teenagers and adults can enjoy healthy food that they eat in their everyday life without complaining that healthy food is gross.
