Sugar Free Iced Caramel MacchiatoEverytime I went to Starbucks, I would get a grande Iced Caramel Macchiato. Then, I realized they were super high in sugar so I came up with my own recipe you can make at home.
Healthy MayoI love mayonnaise on my sandwiches but any mayo you buy from the store will have a high fat content and high sugar. So, I wanted to share a healthier mayo alternative you can use for anything.
Baylee's Hearty HummusMy mom and I could eat a whole thing of hummus in one sitting, not knowing how much fat content we are consuming it's still so good. I came up with a healthier hummus, I haven't made it yet but I'm sure it's delicious. I do know that the fat content is way less than store bought.

Pumpkin SnickerdoodlesThere is no egg in this recipe. Make sure your Baking Soda and Baking Powder are fresh and not expired. White Chocolate chips or chunks are great to use. DO NOT Overmeasure your flour. Chilling the dough is MANDATORY. Most of the ingredients are measured on a food scale in Grams.

Chocolate & Caramel Pretzel RodsYou can roll the pretzels in toasted pecans or peanuts then dip in chocolate. Try dark chocolate and roll in crushed peppermint. Use white chocolate and sprinkles.

My cookbook is based off of recipes that teens would enjoy but in a healthier way. Some are ones that I wrote and have made, some are in the family, and from blogs online.
