We went through the good and amazing days of seeing and feeling all the benefits of this lifestyle, but also through the hard and difficult days of questioning the worth, justifying our lives decision to our friends and family and when the old ways seem so much easier and appealing. In no time, not only did we shed the pounds and felt more energized, but our minds started to open: the fog was lifting and we were feeling amazing from the inside out, seeing thing more clearly.
